You don't really fight the titanized joker; You defeat each wave of his henchmen until he poses for the news choppers, drag him down and strike him a few times, then evade. The beauty of joker's character is that he is utterly and absolutely unpredictable and can do whatever the hell he wants, including trying to go mano y mano with batman.
